Case Manager
Accomplishes clients’ care by assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress; facilitating interdisciplinary approaches; monitoring staff performance. Admits new clients by reviewing records and applications; conducting orientations.
Trainer
Trainers are responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of the Lift population. They ensure that our constituents learn the skills and processes necessary for graduation from the program.
Resident Assistant
Provide our residents with assistance as they accomplish daily tasks, maintain all care records in accordance with company policy and audit care records to ensure accuracy, communicate any problems, concerns or issues to case managers as needed.
Clerical Staff
Answer phones and greet clients warmly. Assist in filing duties. Reroute calls to appropriate people. Answer general inquiries about company. Help organize office activities. Basic computer skills are a must. Advanced computer skills are preferred.
Janitorial Services
Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning dirt or debris from sidewalk.
Maintenance
Maintenance workers, also known as repair workers, fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
